Ben
W. Carmichael Jr., CPA ,
CGFM Ben W. Carmichael, Jr.,
CPA, CGFM Ben is the founder and managing partner.
He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in
accounting. He is an Atlanta native, living in North Buckhead with his
wife and three children.

Ben is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public
Accountants the Association of Governmental Accountants and the Association of
Certified Fraud Examiners.
Ben is a frequent speaker for various area
organizations and church groups on tax and accounting issues.

Gregg is a partner with the firm,
specializing in tax, accounting and specifically, estate issues. He is a
graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
He lives in Alpharetta with his wife and two children.
Gregg's areas of practice include: Tax Planning and Preparation:
Individual, Partnership, Corporate, Trust and Fiduciary Consulting Strategic Planning Business Start-Up Estate Planning Reviews and Compilations Commercial, Non-Profit, Peer Reviews Gregg was awarded the Internal Revenue
Service's distinguished District Director's Award for contributing to the public
understanding of federal tax laws.
Gregg was a member of the Sigma Alpha Chi
Honor Society for his academic performance.
Gregg is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public
Accountants.
Gregg is a frequent volunteer for various
area organizations on how to start a small business and works with the VITA
program and local area television stations which offer free tax help during tax
season.

Sue is a partner with the firm, specializing
in tax, accounting and planning for individuals and closely -held businesses.
Sue is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo. She
lives with her husband in Dunwoody, Georgia.
